How can I choose the right plan?
Every business operates differently, which means the specific needs for certain features may vary. You can explore the features included in each plan above, and choose based on your requirements.

Are there any additional fees？
There are NO hidden fees at all. When you use all the features, no matter the automation tools, or the direct booking website, you don't have to pay any extra charges.
Can I change my plan later?
Certainly! You can upgrade your plan at any time by simply paying the prorated difference for the remaining contract period. If you wish to downgrade to a lower-tier plan than your current one, you will need to wait until the contract expires.
Rest assured, when you upgrade your plan, your data will seamlessly transfer from the existing plan to the new one.
Can I add more properties later on?
Yes, you can add the number of properties at any time, and you will only need to pay the prorated price difference based on the remaining contract period. If you want to decrease the number of properties, you will need to wait until the contract expires.
How is the payment deducted after subscribing?
When you subscribe, you have the option to choose between annual or monthly payments. Hostex will deduct the corresponding amount from the bank card you have linked.
Before the expiration of the subscription period, Hostex will automatically deduct the fee for the next contract term. Of course, if you wish to unsubscribe, you can do so at any time, and the service will automatically end at the expiration of the contract term.
How many property services should I choose?
Each rental unit is counted as one property, and you need to purchase services for each rented unit.
Example 1: if you have 1 house that can be rented as a whole, and there are 4 individual rooms inside that can be rented separately, then you would need to purchase services for 5 properties.
Example 2: If you have 10 rooms within one room type, then you need 10 properties to manage them.
Example 3: If you are renting based on bed units, then each bed would be considered a property.
Can I cancel a subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and the service will automatically end at the expiration of the contract term.
